Generally we use priority mail through the USPS. If an item is in stock we can ship usually within a day. Some boards take 5-7 days to complete. If it is a custom order, it may take a few weeks to complete. Every item is unique and because of the nature of wood they come with their own irregular characteristics. Follow care instructions for best results. We are not responsible for misuse of product. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Contact us within 7 days if something is wrong. We cannot except returns of used products. You may return an unused product within 30 days at your own shipping expense. We cannot except returns of custom or personalized items. Items shall be returned in original condition.
